基于LCA的绿色公路低碳技术决策体系研究

摘要 目前,传统的绿色公路决策方法只考虑了相关技术的工程性能以及简单评估了工程的经济性,未考虑到环境和社会效益。提出基于全寿命周期理论(LCA),从技术性、经济性、生态环保三个方面综合考虑选择低碳技术决策指标,并构建低碳技术决策指标体系,确定了低碳技术评价方法。此决策指标体系应用于鹤大高速绿色公路主题性项目,结果表明:此指标体系能够综合且量化对低碳技术进行决策,改变对低碳技术主观、定性判定的现状。 The current green road decision-making method only takes the technical performance of the technics and the simple assessment of the economy into account. The environmental and social benefitis were missed by and large. Based on the life cycle theory(LCA), this paper purposed low carbon technology decision-making indexes, which were selected from technical, economic, and ecological environmental-friendly aspects. The low-carbon technology decision-making index system was established and the low-carbon technology evaluation method was developed. Based on this method, the He Da Green Expressway was analyzed. The results showed that the index system can comprehensively and quantitatively chose the most appropriate low carbon technics, which changed the current subjective and qualitative method.
