摘要
为减小工程建设对市民生活的干扰,提高工程安全、质量、文明施工水平,缩短建设周期,国定东路下匝道工程首次在上海中心城区的桥梁建设中采用预制装配式技术,承台以上立柱、盖梁、混凝土小箱梁、钢结构箱梁等构件均采用工厂预制,现场安装施工,预制装配率达到81.7%。同时基于工程也成功研发应用了"新型灌浆金属波纹管钢筋连接技术",并在工程全过程管理中引入BIM技术,贯彻了绿色建设的理念,取得了良好的社会效益。
The off-ramp of East Guo Ding Elevated Road adopt prefabricated technology for the first time in downtown Shanghai in order to reduce the interference on public during the construction. The technology also improve the level of construction safety, quality and civilized construction. The pillars, cover beams, concrete box girders, steel structure box girders and other components aboved the cushion cap all adopt the prefabricated technology with 81.7% prefabricated assembly rate of whole project. Meanwhile, the new grouting metal bellows connection technology has been successfully developed and applied in this project. The Building Information Modeling technology was also used in the whole process. The technology carries out the concept of green construction and achieves good social benefits.
