摘要 近年来,城市立交桥梁交通量显著增加,部分桥面混凝土病害严重。既有修复技术不仅对交通的影响大,且修复后易产生二次破损,因此迫切需要研发一类能够快速维修桥面病害的材料与修复施工工艺。根据聚氨酯弹性混凝土的材料特性,针对城市立交桥面快速维修的施工特点,采用正交分析法对聚氨酯基弹性混凝土的配比进行设计,根据试验结果提出聚氨酯:固化剂取10:3~10:4之间,而胶骨比取值可在1:1~1:1.3之间的配合比设计,并在实际工程试验段中应用,应用效果表明:该类新材料修复后30~60 min即可恢复正常交通。 The rapid increase of traffic have caused failures on bridge concrete pavement decks. The current repair technics do not only affect the traffic but also leave fragile materials, which intend to cause secondary damages. So it is necessary to develop a repair technic and repair materials, which are able to fast repair failures on pavement decks. This paper purposed polyurethane elastic concrete as fast repair materials of bridge decks, and developed a mix design approach based on the characteristics of materials and the test section. The ratio of Polyurethane to aggregates was determined using the orthogonal analysis method. The test results show that in general the traffic is able to reopen in 30m-60 minutes after using this repair technics.
