摘要
企业博士后是以企业为培养主体,通过培养与使用相结合的方式,培养和造就高级科技研发和管理人才;它的产生有其内在的逻辑,创新驱动发展、产学研协同创新、提升企业核心竞争力以及企业具有培养的能力、企业优厚科研生活条件的吸引等内外部因素共同构成其生成的独特生态;根据其生成的特殊逻辑,应坚持以科研项目研究为中心、组建以博士后为带头人的研究团队、实施差异化的考评与多元化的激励机制、优化科研环境等措施,全面提升企业博士后的培养质量。
The purpose of industrial postdocs is to use industry as the main body of training, through the combination of training and practice, to cultivate and create elites in the field of the development and management in advanced technologies. Its presence has its inherent generative logic, such as the innovationdriven development, the collaboration of production, study and research, the improvement of the core competitiveness and the training ability of the enterprise, as well as the attractiveness of excellent research and livingcondition of enterprises, altogether constitute the unique ecology of industrial postdocs. According to its special logic, we should elevate the quality of postdoctoral cultivation by persisting to focus on scientific research, building research teams led by post-doctors, applying differential evaluation and diversified incentive mechanisms andoptimizing research environment.
