摘要 基于智能电能表的营销远程费控应用系统可以实现对预付费客户的适时算费、远程费控和服务。其使用的费控策略,通过匹配用户的算费结果,可以实现对用电客户的提醒、催费、停电、复电等活动。文中主要针对电力大工业用户展开探讨,根据大工业用户生产期和非生产期用电量的巨大差异设计了"开关"模型,即用户变压器负载率高于30%时判定用户处于生产期,用户的预警提醒金额额度较高,反之较低。通过使用远程费控"开关"模型得到合理的手段和方法制定费控策略,有助于达到有效支撑远程费控业务的推广及合理化应用的目的。 The marketing remote cost control application system of smart meter could realize the timely calculation, remote cost control and service of the prepaid customers. On this basis, the cost control strategy of marketing remote cost control application system could realize the activities like reminder, reminder fees, power-cut and power-recovery of the electricity customers through matching the calculation result of users. In this paper, we mainly explore the large industrial customers, and the "switch" model is designed based on the different energy consumption between produc- tion period and non-production period. When the load rate of the transformer is greater than 30%, the customer is in production period, and the early-warning charge is high; otherwise, the early-warning charge is low. The cost control strategy based on the reasonable methods and means in the "switch" model can help us to achieve the aim of populari- zation and reasonable application of remote cost control.
