摘要
目前智能变电站数字化计量系统的试验方法多采用了针对单个装置分别进行性能测试和评估的方法,但这些方法仅能够有效保证某台数字化计量装置在单独运行时其测量结果的准确可靠,并不能完全反映各个装置构成完整系统后的性能。文章介绍了现有试验方法的不足,提出了一种智能变电站数字化计量系统级试验技术方法,并通过实际试验证明了方法的可行性。
At present, the test methods of digital metering system in smart substation are used to test and evaluate the performance of a single device, but these methods can only effectively guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results of a digital metering device in a single run, it does not completely reflect the performance when each device constitutes a complete system. This paper introduces the shortages of the existing test methods. A system- level test method of digital metering in smart substation is proposed, and the feasibility of the method is proved by the actual test.
