军事后勤大数据建设军民融合发展思考

The Thoughts and Measures about the Military and Civilian Integration Development of Military Logistics Big Data Construction

近年来,我军后勤信息化建设在军民融合发展战略指导下取得巨大成就,为军事后勤大数据建设发展奠定坚实基础。分析了我军后勤信息化建设军民融合发展基础现状,指出了军事后勤大数据建设发展还存在思维不融合、规划不统一、机制不健全等突出问题,对军事后勤大数据建设领域构建形成全方位、全要素、成体系的军民融合态势提出具体对策措施。

Under the guidance of military and civilian integration development strategy, the logistics informatization construction of PLA has acquired enormous achievement recently, and laid solid foundation for the rapid development of military logistics big data. This paper introduces the current situation of logistics informatization and points out the outstanding problems of military logistics big data construction, such as lack of the integration thinking, uniform planning and sound mechanisms. Finally, some proposals and measures for developing the military logistics big data by integration of military and civilian in all dimensions are proposed.
