当前,医学生隐性职业素养的欠缺成为影响高职高专医学生就业和职业发展的瓶颈。隐性职业素养的培养作为职业教育的核心内容,必须以学生职业素质发展为目标,以职业核心能力培养为导向,更新职业教育理念,创新培养模式,凸显隐性职业素养相关课程的医学特色,全面提升学生的核心就业竞争力和职业发展后劲。

At present, the lack of implicit vocational quality of medical students has become a bottleneck affecting the employment and professional development of medical students in Higher Vocational colleges. Cultivation of recessive occupation literacy as the core content of occupation education, occupation quality must take the student development as the goal, to cultivate the core ability of occupation oriented, update the occupation education idea, innovation training mode, highlight the hidden curriculum of medical occupation literacy related characteristics, improve the students＇ core competitiveness of employment and occupation development.
