摘要
新时期高校对外宣传的作用却不容忽视,甚至更为重要,但随着传播模式、社会形势的变化,高校传统的对外宣传模式面临现状、机制、实施等方面的困境和挑战,需要探讨新的思路。营造大宣传格局理念、项目化的模式宣传、CIS战略的引入或许是高校对外宣传的一个"供给侧结构性改革"的路径。
in the new period, the role of international communication cannot be ignored, and it plays an even more important role. However with the change of communication mode and the social situation, the traditional in- ternational communication mode is facing difficulties and challenges posed by the current situation in mechanism and implement. New methods and ideas need to be explored. The concept of macro-publicity, projected publicity pattern and the introduction of the CIS strategy may be a path of "Supply-side Structural Reform" in Colleges and Universities in international communication.
