浅析普通高校研究生奖助学金的管理

A Study of the Management of Scholarships among Post-graduate Students

高校的人才培养已然成为国家重点关注的对象,尤其是对研究生的教育,更是重中之重。近几年来,国家不断出台有关研究生教育培养和奖励制度的政策,曾提出,研究生在缴纳学费之后,国家需要完善研究生的奖励制度。研究生的奖励制度不仅可以在一定程度上保障学生的学习生活,还起到了很大的鼓励作用。研究生的培养计划和奖励制度需要根据社会的发展和对人才的需求不断进行创新。我们需要在实践的过程中及时发现问题,不断完善奖助学金的管理体系。因此,在前人研究的基础上,对实践过程中研究生奖助学金管理中出现的问题进行分析,并给出相应的优化对策。

The talents cultivation of colleges and universities, especially the education for postgraduate students has become the focus of the national attention. In recent years, the state has continued to introduce policies about the education and reward for postgraduate students. It has been proposed that the state needs to perfect the reward system for post graduate students after they pay tuition fees. The reward system will not only guarantee the students＇ study and life on campus, but also play a great encouragement role. The training program and reward system of post graduate students need to be innovated according to the development of the society and the demand of talents. We need to find out problems in the process of practice, and improve the management system of scholarships. Therefore, on the basis of previous research, the paper analyzes the problems in the management of graduate student scholarships and offers corresponding optimization countermeasures.
