质量管理视域下高职院校毕业设计的调查与分析——以温州职业技术学院为例

An Investigation and Analysis of the Graduation Project in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Quality Management——A Case Study of Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College

为准确全面地了解高职院校毕业设计的现状与存在的问题,通过问卷调查分析了温州职业技术学院2016届留校毕业设计情况,调查结果显示,学生面临就业及教师教学科研等影响留校毕业设计;理工类学生在管理方式、实验设施设备的满足度、毕业设计的收获与效果等方面与文经类学生存在一定的差异。因此,高职院校需要根据就业形势,考虑学生个人留校意愿,实行院系二级教学管理,采取灵活的毕业设计时段与时长,严格毕业设计课题申报与选题关,增强毕业设计师资力量,及时更新完善实训设备设施,保证高职毕业设计的质量的提高。

In order to investigate the present situation and problems of graduation design in higher vocational colleges, the graduate students and their supervisors of Wenzhou Vocational ＆ Technical College in 2016 are surveyed through the questionnaires. The survey shows that the factors such as the students facing employment, teachers＇ teaching and scientific research affect the graduation design in school; There are some differences in the management mode, the satisfaction of the experimental facilities, and the harvest and the effect of the graduation design between the students of science and technology and the students of literature and economics. Therefore, according to the actual employment, the higher vocational college should take the following measures such as considering students＇ willingness to complete their graduate designs in school, implementing the two-level teaching management between the college and the departments, taking the flexible design time and duration, checking on the declaration and selection of the topics of graduation design strictly, enhancing the instructors of graduate design, and update and perfect training equipment, to ensure the quality of graduation design in higher vocational colleges.
