论海南省教师培训机构专业化发展研究

A Study of the Professional Development Teachers' Training Institution in Hainan Province

摘要 目前海南省中小学教师培训机构虽然多,但存在区域差异性大、资源分布不均衡、结构不合理,自身发展动力不足等问题。可从教师专业化发展需求出发,走专业化发展道路,其发展策略应该是明确教师培训机构的功能定位,确定明晰的发展方向后,加强培训机构间的纵横沟通,进而建立教师培训的专业标准,打造自身的培训文化,并实施信息化管理。同时也要加大财政投入,完善教师培训机构保障机制。 There are many training institutions for primary and secondary school teachers' in Hainan. However, these institutions are remarkably different due to the regional factors in resource distribution, organization structure and development motivation. On view of requirements of teachers' professional development, these institutions can adopt a professionalized development path with its strategy of clear definition of its function. When the development path is set, the communication between the institutions should be strengthened to build up the professional standards for teachers' training, therefore the specific training culture is cultivated. Besides the information management is to be utilized and government's financial input needs to be increased to improve the safeguard mechanism of teachers' training institutions.
