营养支持法治疗ICU食道癌重症患者的观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨营养支持法治疗ICU食道癌重症患者的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月~2016年12月于我院就诊的ICU食道癌重症患者84例,采用数字随机法,分为观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予肠内营养支持治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后营养良好率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的MNA(13.44±1.88)分、BMI(11.72±12.69)kg/m2、ALB(35.35±3.12)g/L、HBG(108.48±13.04)g/L均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);但两组患者的MAC比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率9.52%,显著低于对照组的21.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予ICU食道癌重症患者营养支持法治疗,能够有效改善患者的营养状况,减少肠胃并发症,安全有效。 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of nutritional support in the treatment of ICU severe esophageal carcinoma. Methods 84 patients with severe esophageal carcinoma who were admitted to ICU in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into observation group(n=42) and control group (n=42) according to the random number method. Patients in the control group were given routine therapy, and patients in the observation group were given enteral nutritional support on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The favorable nutrition rate in the observation group after the treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05); the levels of MNA(13,44±1.88) scores, BMI (11.72±12.69) kg/m^2, ALB (35.35±3.12) g/L and HBG (108.48±13.04) g/L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05); but there was no statistically significant difference in MAC between the two groups(P〉0.05); the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (9.52% vs 21.43%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Nutritional support for ICU patients with severe esophageal carcinoma can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce gastrointestinal complications, and is safe and effective.
