还原型谷胱甘肽与丹参注射液联合治疗酒精性肝硬化55例临床疗效研究

Study on the clinical effect of reduced glutathione combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of 55 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis

目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽与丹参注射液联合治疗酒精性肝硬化的临床效果。方法回顾性分析110例酒精性肝硬化患者的临床资料,均为2015年1月~2017年1月期间我院收治的病例,按照不同的治疗方法分为两组,研究组和对照组各55例,两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗之外,给予丹参注射液治疗,研究组在基础治疗之外,给予还原型谷胱甘肽与丹参注射液联合治疗,4周为1个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肝功能情况。结果对照组总有效率为63.64%,研究组总有效率为81.82%,与对照组比较,研究组治疗总有效率明显更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组和对照组患者的ALT、AST、TBIL、GGT水平均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的ALT、AST、TBIL、GGT水平与对照组比较更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽与丹参注射液联合治疗酒精性肝硬化疗效确切,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者的肝功能,提高临床治疗总有效率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of reduced glutathione combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis. Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis were analyzed retrospectively. They were all admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups. There were 55 patients in the study group and the control group, respectively. The two groups of patients were given basic treatment. The control group was given Danshen injection in addition to the basic treatment. The study group was given reduced glutathione combined with Danshen injection in addition to the basic treatment. Four weeks were a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy, liver function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 63.64% in the control group, and the total effective rate was 81.82% in the study group. Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, TBIL and GGT in the study group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; after treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, TBIL and GGT in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis has an exact curative effect, which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the liver function and improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment.
