盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛50例临床观察

Clinical observation of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of 50 cases of moderate to severe cancer pain

目的观察盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛的临床效果。方法本次选取我院2015年1月22日~2016年6月15日住院部收治的中重度癌痛患者100例,将其按照随机抽取的方式分为两组,观察组50例(盐酸羟考酮缓释片),对照组50例(硫酸吗啡缓释片);观察两组患者的疼痛总缓解率、生活质量、不良反应、镇痛满意度。结果观察组患者的疼痛总缓解率(96.00%)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量[(生理功能)(91.44±6.33)分、社会功能(90.26±6.25)分、心理功能(88.43±5.45)分、物质生活(90.35±6.30)分]评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应(便秘0例、恶心呕吐2例、嗜睡0例、头晕0例、排尿困难0例)低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者的镇痛满意度96.00%与对照组对比,观察组明显处于优势(P<0.05)。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛具有显著的效果,对其进行个体化给药,可以有效的控制患者的癌症疼痛程度,不良反应发生率少,可以有效的提高生活质量,临床上值得推广和应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain. Methods 100 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain who were admitted to the Inpatient Department in our hospital from January 22, 2015 to June 15, 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method： observation group with 50 cases（oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets）, and the control group with 50 cases （morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets）; the to- tal remission rate of pain, quality of life, adverse reactions, and analgesia satisfaction were observed in both groups. Results The total remission rate of pain in the observation group was 96.00%, which higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the quality of life in the observation group[（physiological function score （91.44±6.33）, social function score（90.26±6.25）, psychological function score（88.43±5.45）, material life score（90.35±6.30）] was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; adverse reactions were observed in the observation group （0 case of constipation, 2 cases of nausea and vomiting, 0 case of drowsiness, 0 case of dizziness, 0 case of dysuria） were fewer than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; the analgesia satisfaction in the observation group was 96.00%, which was in a significant advantage compared with that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain. It＇s individualized administration can effectively curb the patient＇s cancer pain degree, the adverse reactions are less, and the quality of life can be effectively improved, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
