全程舒适护理在经皮肺穿刺活检术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Comfort Nursing in Percutaneous Lung Needle Biopsy

目的探讨全程舒适护理在经皮肺穿刺活检术中的应用效果,以提高患者围术期舒适度。方法选取2015年1~12月肺部块状阴影诊断不明者80例,随机分为2组,每组40例,均在CT引导下进行经皮肺穿刺活检,对照组实施常规护理,舒适组实施全程舒适护理,评价2组护理效果。结果舒适组术后并发症发生率(7.50%vs27.50%)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒适组术后下地活动时间[(24.37±3.01)h vs(28.27±5.96)h]、住院时间[(6.13±1.74)d vs(8.98±1.82)d]均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后舒适组心理舒适度评分(24.32±5.38)vs(18.37±4.05)、环境舒适度评分[(28.36±4.39)分vs(22.14±3.79)分]、护理质量评分[(4.23±0.74)分vs(3.98±0.82)分]、护理配合度评分[(4.75±0.26)分vs(4.01±0.73)分]及护理满意度总评分[(17.68±2.34)分vs(14.32±3.03)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术患者实施全程舒适护理,可减少并发症,缓解患者焦虑、恐惧心理,增强配合度,提高患者舒适度和护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive comfort nursing in percutaneous lung needle biopsy, in order to improve the perioperative comfort of patients. Methods 80 patients with unclear diagnosis of lung mass shadow from January to December 2015 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group. All the patients were given percutaneous lung needle biopsy under cT guidance. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the comfort group was given comprehensive comfort nursing care. The nursing effects were evaluated in both groups. Results The incidence rate of postoperative complications was（7.50% vs 27.50%） in the comfort group, which was significantly different from that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the postoperative off-bed activity time in the comfort group was [（24.37±3.01） h vs （28.27±5.96） h] in the comfort group, and the length of stay was [（6.13±1.74） d vs （8.98±1.82） d], which were all shorter than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）; the postoperative psychological comfort score was [（24.32±5.38） vs （18.37±4.05）] in the comfort group, and the environmental comfort score was [（28.36±4.39） points vs （22.14±3.79） points], the nursing quality score was[（4.23±0.74） points vs （3.98±0.82） points], the nursing compliance score was [（4.75±0.26） vs （4.01±0.73） points], and the total score of nursing satisfaction was[（17.68±2.34） vs （14.32±3.03）], which were all higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive comfort nursing for the patients receiving CT-guided percutaneous lung needle biopsy can reduce the complications, ease patients＇ anxiety and fear, enhance compliance, improve patients＇ comfort and nursing satisfaction.
