宜昌万福垴发现铜鼎的启示

Some Thoughts on the Discovery of the Ding tripod unearthed at the Wanfunao Site

新公布的宜昌万福垴鼎,在整体造型、纹饰布局以及足部上端的兽面纹方面具有自身的特征,本文通过分析安徽地区所见的西周晚期到春秋中期的土著风格铜鼎,说明万福垴鼎与这类土著鼎之间具有亲缘关系。这些土著风格铜鼎上的特征,可以作为我们日后识别长江中游土著青铜器的一些线索。

The newly published bronze ding tripod found at the Wanfunao Site has its distinct vessel form, decorative layout, and a particular shoumian 兽面 motif in the top region of the foot. This paper analyzes the ding tripods from the late Western Zhou to the Spring and Autumn period found in Anhui,and determines the Wanfunao ding as their prototype. The characteristics of those ding tripods provide clues to how we understand the native bronze styles from the midstream area of the Yangtze River.
