盐酸恩诺沙星对杂交鲟幼鱼肝脏抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 在水温(17.5±0.5)℃和盐酸恩诺沙星质量浓度1.56、6.25、25.00 mg/L和100.00 mg/L下,采用生化和半静态亚急性毒性方法研究了盐酸恩诺沙星对体质量(10.26±2.37)g杂交鲟(施氏鲟♀×西伯利亚鲟♂)幼鱼肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响。试验结果显示,盐酸恩诺沙星对杂交鲟幼鱼96h半致死质量浓度>100.00mg/L,属于低毒。各试验剂量盐酸恩诺沙星均显著影响杂交鲟幼鱼肝脏超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05),且随时间的延长超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均呈先升后降变化,即先诱导后抑制,但3种抗氧化酶活性被诱导的程度在时间上具有差异性。低质量浓度组(1.56、6.25mg/L)酶活性峰值出现较晚,高质量浓度组(25.00、100.00mg/L)酶活性峰值出现较早,表明高质量浓度下鱼体首先出现氧化应激反应,盐酸恩诺沙星引起的酶活性变化与暴露质量浓度和时间有一定相关性。 The effects of enrofloxacin hydrochloride on activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase were studied in liver of juvenile hybrid sturgeon(Acipenser schrenckii ♀× A.baeri♂)with body weight of(10.26±2.37)g exposed to enrofloxacin hydrochloride concentration of 1.56 mg/L,6.25 mg/L,25.00 mg/L and 100.00 mg/L at water temperature of(17.5±0.5)℃ by biochemical and subacute toxicity methods.The results showed that the 96 h LC(50) of enrofloxacin hydrochloride to juvenile hybrid sturgeon was found to be higher than 100 mg/L,indicating that enrofloxacin hydrochloride was low-toxic to hybrid sturgeon juveniles.The activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly affected by concentrations of enrofloxacin hydrochloride and exposure period(P〈0.05),with the trend of"first increase and then decrease"with exposure period.The enzyme activity peak was observed later in low concentration groups(1.56 mg/L and 6.25 mg/L)than in high concentration groups.The findings indicated that oxidative stress reaction first appeared in fish in the high concentration group(25.00 mg/L and 100.00 mg/L),and the enzyme activities were involved in enrofloxacin concentrations and the exposure period.
