在人口老龄化问题日趋严重、社会工作快速发展的背景下,以老年人为主要服务对象的老年社会工作事业也获得了蓬勃的发展。二战结束以来,产生了许多社会工作的实务模式,其中最有名、最为常见的当属生态系统模式。该模式旨在解析与研究案主本身以及与案主相关的生态系统,是帮助分析影响案主各种因素并制定介入方案的重要工具。本文在阐述生态系统模式的基础上,进一步探讨该模式在我国老年社会工作中的主要介入策略。

Under the background of the aging of the population and the rapid development of the social work,the social work of the aged has made great progress.Since the end of World War II,many social work practice patterns emerged and one of the most famous and the most common is the ecological system.It aims to analyzeand study on the case of the main ecosystem itself and the main related case,the main influence factors and case analysis to help make the important tool of intervention program.Based on the description of the ecological system model,this paper further exploresthe main mode of intervention strategies in elderly social work in China as well as the way,hoping to further the development of China＇s social work career and perfect provide reference.
