“全科——应用型”小学教育本科专业人才培养的困境与有效途径 被引量:1

摘要 随着社会的不断发展变化,社会对小学教师的要求越来越高。在"全科—应用型"小学教育本科专业人才培养过程中,主要面临基础教学设施缺乏、师资队伍建设存在短板、学生的教师基本功不过硬以及实践教学流于形式的困境。结合当前"全科—应用型"小学教师培养实际,突破这些困境的途径主要如下:明确培养目标,整合教学资源;完善课程设置,合理配置师资力量;加强日常训练,夯实教师基本功;强化实践教学,加强日常管理。 With the continuous development of society,people's demand for"All-RoundApplication-Based"primary school teachers is becoming more and more high.There are many dilemmas during the training process such as the configuration of teaching facilities is not perfect,the construction of teaching staff is not comprehensive,the basic skills of teachers are not strong,and the practice teaching becomes a mere formality. The main ways to break through these difficulties are as follows.We should clear the training target,integrate teaching resources,perfect the curriculum,reasonably configure the teachers,strengthen the daily training,reinforce the basic skills of the teachers,strengthen the practice teaching and the daily management.
