肺炎支原体的实验室检测技术研究进展

Progress in clinical detection of Mycoplasma pneumonia

肺炎支原体是引起呼吸道感染的重要病原体之一。近年来,我国肺炎支原体发病率呈不断上升趋势,占小儿肺部疾病发病率的30%。肺炎支原体感染后早期临床症状不典型,并且对作用于细胞壁的抗生素不敏感,所以早期实验室检测对肺炎支原体的治疗具有重要意义。因此,本文就关于肺炎支原体检测的实验研究进展及展望进行简要综述。

Mycoplasma pneumonia is one of the important pathogens leading to respiratory tract infection. Recently, the incidence of M. pneumoniae infection increased rapidly, which contributes about 30% of lung disease in children. The early clinical symptoms for M. pneumoniae infection is not typical, which is not sensitive to antibiotics acting on cell walls. There- fore, early laboratory detection of M. pneumoniae is very important for later treatment. Herein, this paper aims to sum up the recent development progress of M. pneumoniae detection.
