摘要
分析了常规筒式磁选机在分选过程中由于矿石有效翻转次数少所造成的尾矿磁性铁含量过高,抛废不充分的问题,介绍了一种新型动态磁场磁选机的研制和试验效果。该设备在分选过程中矿石颗粒产生数倍于常规磁选设备的磁翻转,磁性颗粒和脉石可以得到充分的分离;同时,该设备克服了同类设备中出现的筒皮过量发热、皮带跑偏以及卸料不彻底等问题,设备运行安全、可靠。
This paper analyzes the problems of the magnetic iron content in the tailings and the magnetic iron not enough to throw caused by the low efficiency of the magnetic reversal.The equipment in the process of sorting ore particles produces several magnetic reversal of conventional magnetic separation equipment,magnetic particles and gangue can be fully separated; at the same time,the device overcomes the similar equipment drum skin produces excess heat,the deviation of the belt and the unloading material is not complete problem,and it is reliable and safe operation of the equipment.
