某铜矿空场嗣后充填法充填挡墙安全分析 被引量:3

Safety analysis on copper filling retaining wall by open stoping and filling method

摘要 某铜矿属急倾斜中厚矿体,采用分段空场嗣后充填采矿法开采,为保证采场充填的安全性及胶结效率,需对该矿山井下2700中段及2640中段一次充填高度及充填挡墙厚度进行安全分析。从充填料浆充入采空区后的状态变化(未凝结状态、初凝状态及凝结硬化状态)和充填挡墙的受力情况,进行理论计算和分析,确定一次充填高度和充填挡墙厚度,并分析了挡墙厚度和充填高度、巷道尺寸之间的关系。分析结果表明:该铜矿充填工艺一次充填高度不宜超过1.3m,充填挡墙厚度建议值为65cm。分析结果能够确保充填工作安全进行,并为类似矿山挡墙研究提供参考。 A copper mine belongs to a steep thick ore body,which exploits by open stoping and filling method.In order to ensure the safety of stope and filling efficiency,it needs safety analysis for filling height and retaining wall thickness in filling process of underground mine 2 700 and 2 640 segment.The paper analyzes the condition of backfill slurry after filling stope(unset state,concreting state,concreted state)and force conditions of retaining wall.It gets through theoretical calculation and analysis to confirm filling height and retaining wall thickness.In addition,it obtains the relation between retaining wall thickness and filling heigh with roadway size.The results show that the filling height should not be exceeded 1.3 meter and the filling retaining wall thickness is 65 centimeter.Besides,it can ensure the safety of filling operation and provide reference for similar mines.
