摘要
为建立更接近实际情况的天然气管道泄漏模型,提出将泄漏口看作管道元件进行处理,并利用节点平衡方程对泄漏口速度做瞬态求解,建立了基于高压天然气管道泄漏瞬态计算的等效模型。针对关闭ESD阀(紧急切断阀)后的管道放空阶段,将所建立的非稳态泄漏模型计算结果与TGNET软件计算结果进行对比,气体泄漏率计算误差为4.13%,管道放空时间计算误差为0.4%,满足实际工程的精度要求,验证了本文建立模型的可行性,计算结果可为制定应急预案、事故处理提供理论指导作用。
In order to establish a natural gas pipeline leakage model that is closer to the actual situa-tion, the leak mouth is proposed to be regarded as a piping component, and the velocity of leak mouth is transiently solved by using the node balance equation, then a transient computational equiva-lent model based on the high pressure natural gas pipeline leakage is developed. In view of the venting stage of the pipeline after closing the ESD valve,the calculation result of non-transient leaking model is compared with that of TGNET software. The calculation error of the gas leakage rate and pipe venting time are 4.13% and 0.4% respectively, which meets the accuracy requirements of practical engineering and verifies the feasibility of the model proposed in this paper.The calculation result also provides theo-retical guidance for the formulation of contingency plans and accident treatment.
