摘要
为使天然气站场空冷器噪声排放达到《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准(GB12348—2008)》的要求,需要针对空冷器采取有效的降噪设计措施。通过对空冷器的噪声来源及特性分析,根据降噪基本理论,在空冷器外围设计一种通风消声围护。结合计算所需降噪量及空冷器通风量,确定消声围护中消声片尺寸、排布间距及降噪材料的选用。通过使用该消声围护,可使空冷器噪声排放达到国家规定的排放标准,减少对周边环境的影响。
In order to make the noise emission of the air cooler in natural gas station meet the require-ments of Emission Standard for Environmental Noise in Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-2008),effec-tive noise reduction measures should be taken for the air cooler. Through analyzing the source and characteristics of the air cooler, and according to the basic theory on noise reduction, a ventilated noise reduction envelope installed outside the air cooler is designed. The noise reduction and ventila-tion amount of the air cooler are calculated to determine the size of the sound splitter, the distribution spacing and the noise reduction material selection. By using the noise reduction envelop, the noise of the air cooler can meet the national noise emission standards and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
