摘要
为解决渭北油区采出水处理不达标问题,研发了橇装式污水处理装置,装置工艺流程为:脱水系统来水→700 m^3调储沉降罐→橇装式污水处理装置→500 m^3注水罐→外输泵→去站外注水管线。橇装式含油污水处理装置占地少,集中布置并采用先进自控系统便于操作管理。装置运行一年后,水质得到明显改善,水质稳定且达到该油田对地层注水水质的要求。处理后的主要水质指标含油质量浓度≤5 mg/L、悬浮物质量浓度≤3 mg/L、悬浮物颗粒直径≤2μm。
In order to solve the problem that the sewage treatment is not up to standard in Weibei oil area, the skid-mounted sewage treatment device is developed. The process flow of the device is as follows: water from the dehydration system → sedimentation tank of 700 m^3→ skid-mounted sewage treatment device → water injection tank of 500 m^3 → output pump → water injection pipe outside the station. The skid-mounted oil sewage treatment device occupies less land, has an integrated distribu-tion and adopts advanced automatic system in favor of operation and management.After one-year op-eration of the device, the water quality is obviously improved, which is stable and meets the require-ment for the layer injection water quality in the oilfield. For the treated water quality, its oil concen-tration is not more than 5 mg/L, suspended solid concentration is not more than 3 mg/L, and the di-ameter of suspended solid is not more than 2μm.
