克拉美丽气田开发中后期地面工艺调整改造探讨 被引量:2

摘要 克拉美丽气田进入开发中后期,随着底层压力下降,部分中、低压气井不能满足现有工艺最低进站压力需求,无法开井生产;由于面临关井的气井逐年增多,降低了气井开采效率和气田开发指标。为提高地面工艺技术适应性,需对集输处理系统进行改造,采用高、中、低压分输,处理站两级增压,分子筛脱水,膨胀机制冷工艺,有效提高轻烃等高附加值产品收率和气田开发的综合效益。改造后预计可累计多采天然气40×10~8m^3,新增液化气产量2.5×10~4t/a,新增稳定轻烃3 000 t/a。 As the underlayer pressure drops,partial middle and low pressure gas wells cannot meet the minimum inlet pressure demand of the existing process in the middle-later development period in Kela-meili Gas Field, thus the wells cannot produce oil. The number of wells that need to be closed is in-creasing year by year, which reduces the gas well recovery efficiency and gas field development index. In order to improve the adaptability of surface technologies, the gathering, transportation and treat-ment system is needed to be transformed, and the transformation measures include the separate trans-portation with high, medium and low pressure, two-stage pressure increase at the treatment station, molecular sieve dehydration and the cooling process of expansion mechanism. These measures can ef-fectively improve the yield of high value-added products such as light hydrocarbon and comprehensive benefit of gas field development.After the modification,the cumulative increasing amount of gas is es-timated to be 40×10^8 m^3,the newly increased liquefied gas production is 2.5×10^4 t/a,and the quan-tity of newly added stable light hydrocarbon is 3000 t/a.
