摘要
鞍山某铁矿山采场矿石难磨难选,生产成本较高。为达到降本增效、稳定精矿质量、降低尾矿品位和选比,将两种类型矿石按4:1比例进行配矿,并进行可选性研究和半工业试验。试验获得了精矿品位为65.73%,精矿产率为31.86%,金属回收率为68.96%,综合尾矿品位为13.83%,选矿比为3.14的选别指标。
Ores of an iron mine in Anshan is difficult to grind and separate,creating high production cost.In order to reduce cost and increase efficiency,stabilize concentrate quality and reduce tailings grade and concentration ratio,two kinds of iron ores are proportioned in a ratio of 4to 1and used for separability study and pilot scale tests.Beneficiation indexes with concentrate grade of 65.73%,concentrate yield of 31.86%,metal recovery of 68.96%,comprehensive tailings grade of13.83% and concentration ratio of 3.14 are obtained from the tests.
