摘要
本文以胎鼠卵母细胞为研究对象,分析了妊娠母鼠孕期暴露邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)对胎鼠卵母细胞早期发育过程中组蛋白甲基化修饰程度的影响,结果发现:妊娠母鼠在12.5dpc到16.5dpc期间暴露40μg/kg DEHP,第一次减数分裂前期的胎鼠雌性生殖细胞的H3K27me3表达受到了显著影响,导致H3K27me3强阳性细胞比例显著减少。该研究结果说明DEHP可通过孕鼠影响胎鼠卵母细胞早期发育过程中的组蛋白甲基化修饰。
To investigate the effect of di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) exposure to pregnant mice on the early oocyte development of fetus, the pregnant mice were exposed to 40 /μg/kg body weight DEHP from 12.5 day post coitum (dpc) to 16.5 dpc, and the histone methylation modification of fetal mouse oocytes was analyzed. The results showed that the H3K27me3 expression was influenced and the percentage of H3K27me3 positive cells was decreased in fetal female mouse oocytes in meiotic prophase I. These data demonstrate that DEHP exposure to pregnant mice affects the histone metbylation modification of female fetal mouse oocytes.
