基于双磁路系统高压直流接触器的仿真与应用研究

摘要 针对高压直流接触器设计复杂的问题,提出了一种主触点磁路系统与辅助触点磁路系统分离的设计方法,并对两磁路系统进行静态吸力特性仿真分析,得出两磁路系统在规定动作电压下的电磁吸力和吸反力特性曲线,且能够看出两磁路系统衔铁动作时间的变化趋势及影响因数。实验结果表明,该方法设计的接触器负载能力及寿命远高于同规格单磁路系统高压直流接触器,达到了预期设计目标。 To resolve the complicated problem of designing high voltage d.c. contactor,proposed a design method for the separation of the main contact magnetic circuit system and the auxiliary contact magnetic circuit.The static suction characteristics of the two magnetic circuit systems are analyzed and the characteristic curves of electromagnetic suction and the absorbability of the two magnetic circuit are obtained.We can get the change trend and influence factors of the armature of the two magnetic circuit system,and can see the change trend of both the action time of the armature magnetic circuit system and its influence factor.Experimental results show that the load capacity and life span of the contactor designed by this method is much higher than the high voltage d.c. contactor with single magnetic circuit system.
