基于成果导向(OBE)理念的自动化人才培养模式研究

Research on talent cultivation model of automation based on OBE educational ideas

文章是在转型发展背景下,研究如何进行教学模式整体改革,提高教学质量,提高人才培养综合素质。以自动化专业为例,以培养高层次应用技术型人才为最终目标,以OBE教学理念为核心,围绕"一路、一群、一方法"三方面提出一套新型的教学模式,涵盖了专业教学思路及框架规划、课程群建设、具体的教学改革方法等内容,改革思路新颖、改革目标明确、改革方案完整,有助于进一步提高教学质量。

This paper research on how to carry out the overall reform of teaching mode,improve the quality of teaching and the overall quality of personnel training under the background of transformation and development.In order to cultivate high-level application technology talents as the ultimate goal,the OBE educational ideas as the core,with the automation specialty as an example,put forward a new teaching mode then on the three aspects of ―a road,a group,a method‖,contents covers the specialty teaching ideas and framework of planning,curriculum group construction,teaching reform methods.The reform idea is novel,the reform goal is clear,and the reform plan is complete,help to further improve the quality of teaching.
