摘要
为减少以医疗服务为主的附属医院教学工作的压力,高校附属医院设置了教学专职秘书岗位。从其岗位设置的依据、教学专职秘书的职责上,其成效较为明显,推动了教研室管理的规范性,能够保证教学相关事务的及时处理,使教学水平不断提升,在人力资源效益上得到最大化。在设置这一岗位上,也存在着不容忽视的问题,对于医学高校附属医院设置教学专职秘书进行分析、探讨。
To reduce the pressure of teaching in affiliated hospitals,which are mainly medical services,the affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities have set up full-time secretarial positions. From its position on the basis of setting,teaching full-time secretary duties,its effect is obvious,and promoted the standardization of the management of teaching and research section,teaching related affairs to ensure timely processing,improving the standards of teaching,in the human resources to maximize efficiency.In setting up this position,there is also a problem that can not be ignored,for the medical college affiliated hospital to set up the teaching staff secretary to carry on the analysis,the discussion.
