摘要
整体式止屈器是一种必备的海洋工程装置,它在阻止海底管道屈曲传播和保证海底管道安全运行方面发挥着重要的作用,而穿越压力是其设计和安装的重要的技术参数。为了得到更准确的计算结果,采用模型试验和数值模拟的方法,对整体式止屈器穿越压力公式重新进行设计。将得到的计算公式与其他经典计算方法进行对比,验证了穿越压力计算的准确性,它对整体式止屈器的工程设计和建造具有指导意义。
Integral buckle arrestor is a vital device in ocean engineering, which plays a remarkable role in preventing buckling propagation and ensuring safe operation of submarine pipelines. Crossover pressure is an important design parameter. In order to put forward a more valid formula for the crossover pressure, model tests and numerical simulation are carried out. A new formula is proposed and validated by comparing with experimental results and other classical methods. The proposed formula will provide guidance for engineering design of the buckle arrestor.
