摘要
为了分析消防水积聚对滚装船的稳性和浮态的影响,论文首先通过流体力学的基本原理,计算了单个排水管路的排泄能力,然后算出了不同数量排水管路堵塞情况下消防水的积聚情况,最后分别计算并分析了消防水积聚对船舶稳性和不同纵倾条件下的船舶浮态的影响。结果表明:在各种初始条件下,消防水的积聚只会增加船舶的危险;尾倾时消防水积聚要比平吃水时更危险;尽管IMO已经有最新规定,但当消防艇介入滚装船火灾救援时仍然存在一定的风险。论文对滚装船的火灾救援具有一定的实际意义。
The aim of this paper is to analyze the influence of accumulated fire-fighting water on the stability and floating state of a Ro-Ro ship. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, discharge capacity for fire-fighting water of a scupper is calculated, and the accumulation of fire fighting water on the Ro-Ro deck is then given in the case of blockage of several scuppers, and then its Influence on the stability and floating state is evaluated. In conclusion, the accumulation of firefighting water on the Ro-Ro deck will worsen initial heeling condition, and if the ship is trimmed by stem, the situation will be more dangerous. Preventive measures are introduced for fire-fighting on Ro-Ro ships.
