By the interpretation of vocational education development＇s connotation,vision,objectives,guiding ideology and principles,channels to achieve the objectives,roles and duties of main stakeholders,etc.,some key features are commented and analyzed that inclusive and lifelong career development vision,individual-oriented career development concept and cooperative participation in the career development mechanism,which can offer some inspiration for the development of vocational education in China.
