摘要 实验教学作为理论教学与临床实践教学的桥梁,对培养学生的创造性思维与实践技能具有重大意义。结合医学检验专业的学科和教学改革的经验,以协同创新为切入点,对实验教学内容、模式、机制的改革和实验教学团队的建设进行研究和实践。教学改革增强了实验教学内容的全面性、导向性、社会性,充分体现了协同创新教书育人的教学理念,培养出了具有创新精神和实践能力的高行业和社会符合度的创新型人才。 Collaborative innovation as the latest strategy of science and education system,is the reform mode of school-running ideas and development orientation in medical universities. Experimental teaching as a bridge between theoretical teaching and clinical practical teaching,has an important significance to cultivate students 'creative thinking and upgrade students' practical skills. Combining the reform experience of discipline and teaching of medical laboratory major,and taking collaborative innovation as the starting point,the reform of content,mode and mechanism of experimental teaching,as well as the teacher team construction of experiment teaching,are researched,which enhanced the comprehensive,orientated and social characteristics of experiment teaching content,fully reflected the teaching idea of collaborative innovation in imparting knowledge and educating people,and trained the innovative talents with innovative spirit and practical ability in accordance with the industrial and social requirements.
