摘要
重点介绍了两极铜排转子电动机转轴强度,转子导条、护环和端环的协同保障结构,以及转子轴流风扇的通风结构,通过机械计算和建立模型对主要部件的强度进行有限元分析,对结构进一步优化。
This paper chiefly introduces the shaft strength, the collaborative guarantee structure of rotor bar, retaining ring and end ring, and the ventilation structure of axial flow fan of 2-pole motor with copper bar rotor. Through mechanical calculation and modeling, the strength of main components is analyzed by finite-element method, and the structure is further optimized.
