摘要
发电机在运行时,由于各种损耗的存在,会使发电机的定子绕组、转子绕组及铁心发热而导致温度升高。如果温升超过了绝缘材料的允许工作温度,就会加速绝缘老化,从而缩短发电机的使用寿命。发电机的温升试验,就是为了在发电机带负荷运行时,掌握各部分温度的变化情况,以便将其控制在限额之内,确保发电机的安全运行。
When a generator is running, stator windings, rotor windings and iron core will generate heat due to the existence of various losses, and then temperatures of them will in- crease. If their temperatures exceed allowable working temperatures of the insulating material, they will accelerate insulation aging, thus greatly shortening the service life of generator. The temperature-rise test of generator is to understand the temperature change of each part of generator in loading operation and keep it under the limits, so as to ensure the safe operation of generator.
