Spar平台螺旋侧板水动力特性研究

摘要 Spar平台在来流作用下极易发生涡激运动,造成疲劳损坏。采用CFD(计算流体力学)方法,探究螺旋侧板对Spar平台水动力特性的影响。首先通过原型平台绕流分析验证模拟方法的可靠性,然后分析不同厚度及不同迎流角度时水动力参数的变化。结果表明:螺旋侧板可有效抑制涡激运动,使平台总体受力减小;在研究范围内,螺旋侧板厚度为0.10D(D为平台直径)时,对涡激运动的抑制效果最为显著;迎流角度在一定程度上会影响抑涡效果,在研究范围内b截面的拖曳力系数和升力系数均为最小值,抑涡效果最为理想。 Spar platforms could be subjected to Vortex-Induced Motions(VIM) in certain flow conditions,which caused fatigue damage. CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) method is adopted to investigate the influence of helical strakes on hydrodynamic characteristics of spar platform. The reliability of the numerical simulation method is verified by analyzing the flow around the bare platform firstly. Then,variation of hydrodynamic parameters with different thickness of helical strakes and different angle of incoming flow is analyzed. By analyzing the change of hydrodynamics,it is found that the helical strakes are effective in restraining the VIM,and reduce the overall force of the platforms.In the research range,the effectiveness of inhibiting VIM is the most evident when the thickness is 0. 10 D(D is dimension of the Spar). Furthermore,the suppressing efficiency is also affected by the angle of incoming flow. The drag coefficient and lift coefficient are the least at b section where suppressing efficiency is the best within the scope.
