陕西奶业发展现状与思考

Present Situation and Thinking of Milk Industry Development in Shaanxi Province

本文从我省现阶段奶畜养殖、科技水平、存栏数量、种质资源、养殖成本、质量安全水平、市场竞争力、饲养管理水平、养殖生态等方面系统论述了我省奶业发展现状,分析探讨了奶业发展所面临的主要问题和主要矛盾,从转变发展思路、培育新品种、降低成本,提高单产、加强标准化建设、改变养殖饮水与卫生条件、提升深加工能力、创品牌效应、加快营销网点建设、推行保护制度、改善养殖生态等等方面,提出了有关破解奶业发展难题的建议和对策,对我省奶业健康持续发展有着积极意义。

This paper introduced the current situation, existing problems and main contradictions of milk industry of Shaanxi province from livestock farming, technology level, stock number, species resources, feeding cost, quality security level, market competitiveness, feeding management level, farming ecological, etc. Based on these, some measured have been put forward to pro- mote sustainable development of dairy industry： changing development thought, fostering new varieties, reducing cost, improving yields, strengthening standardization construction, ensuring water quality, upgrading processing capacity, creating brand effect, speeding up marketing dot construction,implementing protection systems,improving breeding environment and so on.
