定西市草牧业专业合作社发展调研报告

Investigation Report on The Development of Grass and Animal Husbandry Cooperatives in Dingxi

近年来,为贯彻落实市委、市政府把培育合作社保障草牧业大发展的安排部署,定西市畜牧局专门研究制定了《关于加强全市养殖业重点专业合作社工作的意见》,开展了草牧业合作社示范创建活动,全市草牧业合作社得到了快速发展。实践中,通过规模养殖场、养殖大户带头组建合作社,把千家万户的小生产组织起来适应千变万化的大市场,草牧业合作社在推动产业转型升级特别是扶贫攻坚行动中发挥了重要作用,创造了一套行之有效的服务模式,值得大力推广。总体上,以政府政策性支持为平台,与企业化经营紧密配合,大力发展合作化组织,初步形成了全市草牧业发展的社会组织体系。为了进一步发挥专业合作社保障草牧业发展的作用,需要集中解决目前合作社发展存在的困难和问题,综合施策,做好在发展中规范,在规范中提高等一系列工作。

In recent years, animal husbandry and veterinary station of Dingxi made a planning ＂opinions on strengthening the aquaculture cooperatives work＂. Animal husbandry cooperatives have been developed rapidly. Grass and livestock cooperatives have played an important role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, especially in poverty alleviation. Overall, we should vigorously develop the cooperation organization for the support of government policy platform and in close cooperation with enterprises. In order to improve the development of cooperatives, existing difficulties and problems in the development of cooperative should to be solved.
