Necessity of Performing Preliminary Experiments in Cellular Biology Course

预实验是正式实验开始之前的一次预演,是对正式实验可行性的一次检阅。它具有小规模和探索性的特点,对正式实验条件的建立和优化、仪器设备的合理配置、实验影响因素的排查、教学内容的完善都起着重要的作用。作者结合自己多年从事《细胞生物学》实验课的教学经历,对预实验在实验教学中的作用进行总结,诣在充分重视预实验对提高实验教学质量的重大意义。

Preliminary experiment is a preview and inspection of the test. It is characterized by a small scale and exploratory. A successful preliminary experiment play a major role in establishing and optimizing experimental conditions of the formal ones, appropriately assigning instruments,eliminating some interference factors,and promoting the revolution of the cellular biology course. In this article, some experiences from the preliminary experiment of the cellular biology course were summarized, which will be helpful to promote the quality and resolution of the course.
