高山美利奴细毛羊细管冻精生产及推广

由于高山美利奴细毛羊具有良好的抗逆性和生态差异化优势,羊毛细度高,性能指标和综合品质超过了同类型澳洲美利奴羊,对我国细毛羊产业升级,满足毛纺工业特别是高档羊毛的需求、提升国际竞争力、改善广大农牧民的生活生产等具有极其重要的经济价值、生态地位和社会意义。甘肃省家畜繁育中心对4头高山美利努细毛羊做了冷冻精液制作试验;其原精活力为0.69,冻后活力为0.43,有效精子数为3 010万。冷冻精液质量达到国家标准,加上羊腹腔镜人工授精技术的不断应用,为高山美利奴的推广与应用打下了坚实的基础。

Alpine merino has good resistance and ecological adaptability, which performance index and comprehensive quality are better than Australian merino. Alpine Merino plays a vital role in high--grade wool textile industry,enhancing international competitiveness and improving the farmer＇s income. Totally, 4 Alpine Merino in Gansu Province livestock breeding center was selected to carry out frozen semen production test. The results showed that semen activity was 0.69,the activity after freezing was 0.43,and the effective spernl count was 30 100 thousand. The frozen semen quality achieved the national standard. Frozen semen technology and laparoscopy artificial insemination technology lay a solid foundation for the application and popularization of the Alpine Merino.
