甘南州高原蕨麻猪传染性胃肠炎的诊治及病因分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Transmissible Gastroenteritis of Juema Swine in Gannan County

甘南蕨麻猪作为甘肃省特有的高原小型原始藏系地方猪种,2006年根据"中华人民共和国公告",蕨麻猪被定为国家级畜禽遗传保护品种;当地地理环境严酷、饲养模式粗放,导致各类疾病较易发生,并呈现地方流行性。经过2015年2月-2016年12月近两年时间,对甘南州夏河县吉仓乡、玛曲县木西合乡、卓尼县藏巴哇乡三个乡镇蕨麻猪饲养管理情况进行监测,发现每年冬春两季均有大量哺乳期仔猪发生呕吐、腹泻、脱水和高度接触性传染的特征,10日龄以内哺乳仔猪病死率接近35%;结合临床症状、病例剖检和猪传染性胃肠炎病毒抗体检测ELISA诊断试剂盒确诊为猪传染性胃肠炎(TGE)。笔者就一起蕨麻猪TGE典型病例的发病原因、症状及防治措施等做一阐述,以达到有效控制本病的发生和流行,减少牧民经济损失的目的。

Gannan juema pig is an original local pig breed of Tibetan plateau, which was classified as the national livestock genetic protected species in 2006. All kinds of diseases are easy to occur due to the harsh geographical environment and the ex- tensive breeding mode. The j uema pig breeding management was monitored in Jicang village of Canghe county,Muhe village of Maqu county and Zangbawa village of Zhuoni county. It finds that a lot of piglets have vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration in the winter and spring. The fatality rate of piglet at 10 d is close to 35M. The disease was diagnosed as transmissible gastroenteritis of swine （TGE） according to clinical symptoms,autopsy and ELISA kit of transmissible gastroenteritis of swine virus antibody detection. The typical cases of etiology,symptoms and prevention measures were summarized in order to attain effective control of the disease and reduce local herdsmen economic loss.
