摘要 目的研究超声波辅助提取山银花中绿原酸的工艺。方法采用紫外可见分光光度计检测绿原酸的含量,在单因素实验的基础上采用正交设计法,研究乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间以及超声波功率四个因素对提取效果的影响。结果在乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1:40,提取时间为60min,功率为300w的条件下能获得绿原酸的最大提取率。结论该方法简单易行,提取率高,可用于山银花中绿原酸的提取。 Objective To study ultrasound-assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera confuse. Methods Detect the extraction of chlorogenic acid by the Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer. Then,using the orthogonal design method on the basis of single factor experiment to study the effects of ethanol concentration,ratio of material to liquid,extraction time and ultrasonic power on the extraction efficiency were investigated. Results The maximum extraction rate of chlorogenic acid was obtained under the conditions of ethanol concentration of 60%,ratio of material to liquid 1:40,extraction time of 60 min and power of 300 w. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to be extracted and can be used for the extraction of chlorogenic acid from.
