摘要
结合某伺服电机定子铁心生产线的改造项目,完成了各零部件的设计和选购,在搭建的生产线基础上对SCARA机器人进行了抓取动作规划,完成了相机定位程序的编写。该系统实现了电机铁心的分拣、搬运和位姿调整,提高了机器人适应复杂工况的能力,显著地提高了产线的生产效率。
Based on the reconstruction project of stator iron core production line of a seivo motor, the design and pur- chase of various parts were completed. On the basis of the production line, the crawling action planning of SCARA robots was carried out, camera positioning procedures for the preparation was programed. The system realized the sorting, carrying and pose adjustment of the motor core, improves the ability of the robot to adapt to the complicated working condition, and improves the production efficiency of the production line remarkably.
