摘要
研究IEC61850-90-5标准,提出了一种分布式区域纵联保护方案。通过UDP多播方式传输可路由的SV和GOOSE信息,实现了站间通信技术标准化,提高了信息共享能力。分析了IEC61850-90-5标准的关键要点,采用同步相量测量技术,实现各测量点电气量同步。提出了专用光纤和复用通道两种方式下的时钟同步方案以及时钟同步丢失的解决方案。设计出HSR环网的站间通信方案有效地保证了通信可靠性。通过工程应用验证了基于IEC61850-90-5的分布式区域纵联保护方案的可行性。
Based on IEC61850-90-5 study, this paper presents a scheme of distributed area longitudinal protection. Routable SV and GOOSE information is transmitted in the UDP multicast approach to standardize inter- station communication technology and improve information sharing capability. It analyses key points in IEC61850-90-5, and adopts synchronous phasor measurement technology to achieve synchronization of electrical quantity between measurement points. It proposes clock synchronization schemes for dedicated optical fiber channels and multiplex channels, as well as a solution in the case of clock synchronization loss. An inter-station communication scheme for HSR ring network is designed for effective guarantee of communication reliability. Engineering application verifies the feasibility of the distributed area longitudinal protection scheme based on IEC61850-90-5.
