摘要 智能变电站要求光学电流互感器(OCT)具有状态可监测功能,以实现OCT的状态检修。通过自顶向下的状态参数分解层次模型,获取OCT的关键运行状态参数。设计了OCT的运行状态监测系统,采用软件同步时分复用技术进行通讯,利用现有通讯协议中的备用位进行数据信息解析,在不改变现有智能变电站通讯体系的情况下实现对OCT运行状态的监视功能。提出的状态监测技术能够实时记录表征运行状态的采样值数据,不仅可以实现状态检修,而且可以利用记录的数据对OCT的健康状况和使用寿命进行评估,大大提高了智能变电站的运行可靠性。 OCT is required to have condition monitoring function at smart substations to realize OCT condition based maintenance. Through a top -down condition parameter decomposition level model, we obtain key operation condition parameters of the OCT. An OCT operation condition monitoring system is designed. Communication is realized by means of software synchronization time division multiplexing (TDM) technique, and data information is analyzed by using spare bits in the available communication protocol. OCT operation condition monitoring function is realized without changing the existing communication system of the smart substation. The proposed condition monitoring technology can make real-time recording of the data of sampling values of representative operation conditions, so that this technology can not only realize condition based maintenance, but also use recorded data to assess OCT health status and service life, thus improving operational reliability of the smart substation significantly.
