烧结机漏风治理改造与实践

摘要 通过对烧结机台车栏板、机头与机尾密封、弹性滑道、润滑系统、风箱和卸灰阀等系统进行研究和技术改造,解决了烧结机漏风严重、设备磨损严重、能耗偏高等影响烧结机产能提升的问题,降低了烧结机漏风率和烧结生产能耗,提升了烧结机产量和质量,并创造了可观的经济效益。 Through the study and transformation of the breast board, nose and tail sealing, elastic slide, lubrication system, bellows and cindervalve of sintering pallet, the problems influencing the production capacity of sintering machine, such as the serious air leakage, equipment wear and high energy consumption, were solved, and so the air leakage rate and sintering energy consumption of sintering machine were reduced, the yield and quality of sinter machine were promoted, and the considerable economic benefits was created.
