炼铁厂蒸汽能源模块化管理的创新与应用

摘要 莱芜分公司炼铁厂积极运用精益管理理念,以降低动力能耗成本为目标,从“梳”、“控”、“关”、“查”、“改”五大方面入手,创新实施了一系列技术改造及管理模式的优化改进,实现了厂区蒸汽能耗的有效管控,促进了厂区动力成本的降低,效益显著。 In the ironmaking plant of Laiwu branch company, through active application of lean ment concept, taking the reducing of power consumption cost as the goal, " carding" , manage- " controlling" , "shutting", "investigating" and "transforming" five aspects, a series of technological transformation and management mode optimization were innovated and implemented, and thus, the effective control of steam energy consumption in factory was realized, which promoted the reducing of power cost in facto- ry, and the effect was remarkable.
